Braamfontein Lofts consists of 60 units, housing a total of 142 student residents. Each unit is shared by two students and includes furnishings and a study desk and chair. The kitchen in each unit is equipped with a fridge and stove.

Students will be able to travel throughout the city from their home base at Braamfontein Lofts, which is located near major public transport routes. The building is also close to the Johannesburg city library, the Market Theatre, and several museums, allowing students to fully experience the cultural life of Johannesburg.
